going to sue as i am on the do not call list

Woman called claiming they were doing a follow up survey from my autoshop which I had visited the day before which struck me as fishy. Asked for my name and then how I rated their performance and any comments. Then wanted to know email which I declined.

"You have been selected to receive a free vacation trip to the Bahamas..."
...yeah, right!

I haven't answered, but being that they did not leave voice mails, I assume it's spam. We are in the process of buying a house and when we had our credit report run, the credit burrow sold our names and now I am getting calls almost every day from random numbers..... sigh
