Very unprofessional. Strong southern accent They called and wanted to get info on my id card with UHC . I hung up after telling the woman that i dont give info on the phone
Called me but left no message. I am a new member of their Senior Advantage Medicare plan, so it isn't surprising that someone would call.
Follow-up call from United HealthCare Customer Service. Very uncoordinated. Call them back and they don't know why they called you!
