I received a call from this number yesterday and today. When I answer the phone rings like I am calling them and then a recording comes on saying the call cannot be completed at this time. I am a new member to United Healthcare so I suspect they have a malfunction in the welcoming call system.

It is United Healthcare. In this case, they were calling to welcome a new member and offered to set up a doctors appt if desired.
