I am a Debt Collector and received a call with a voice message for a completely different person. The message is containing their information and threating in them which is violating the FDCPA which are Federal government rules protecting consumers. I'm hiring an attorney because this is not OK!!!! Even if it's not me they are looking for it's still not ok to break the law of protection and to continue to harass me or to give out another's information on a voicemail. They have done this several times I will make sure this comes to an end.

Received call and it sounds like recording. Said I had until seven tonight to call him back. Never said my name or his.

Automated message threatening legal action, this & other sites have reported it as a scam call from a company called Direct Recovery Services - blocked!

Illegal debt collection practices. Making threats such as permanently  damaging someones social/record. Bruce Crawford will continue to call your number even if you have advised them not to call again. They seem to enjoy ruing people's reputation if they can't have their way with you.
