Tries to scare you by saying the call is about my credit card account. They are actually trying to sell you something to reduce interest rates.

They were trying to sell me a credit card. The prerecorded message implied that they were representing one of my current credit card accounts, but in reality, they were not affiliated with my current accounts.

They said to press 1 to speak to a customer service representative. I pressed 1, so that I could ask them for identifying information and to tell them that they were again calling a wireless phone, one also on the Do Not Call list, and to explictly instruct them to stop calling me (they have done this before). Instead of connecting me to a person, they disconnected my call immediately.

Credit services. Prerecorded message offered lower interest rates. same message as before. Waited to talk to a live person. When I got through to a live person I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the lady who picked up WAS the manager. I then told her I have been having trouble removing my number from the database and do not want to be called anymore. I asked her to remove my number and she hung up on me.

Please reference my other complaints. this has been going on for almost a year.

I'm still trying to understand why I wasted my time registering on the Do Not Call Registry. I've made numerous complaints re: telemarketers and am still recieving calls. Maybe WE should send these companies a bill for their calls.

Offers to lower my credit card fees, I called the number and asked to be removed from their call list and they slam the phone down and then in a few days they resend the call.
