Promoting the lowering of my credit card interest rate to 6%. "Please press 1" to speak to a live person. I didn't do that, but attempted to call be the caller ID number to be removed from their list.

message says to hold for further information about "your account" but the communication is gone but does not hang up.

Offered to consolidate all of my credit cards. Said this is the last opportunity for me to do so but it states this every time they call.

It claims that "this is the last message, we have been trying to contact you by email or mail, and if I have at least $8000 in credit card bills, push 1 to be connected to lower my interest rate". When you push one, a live person comes on and as soon as they find out you are complaining he hangs up on you immediatly!
