i got the same call also and here is a message you all should follow since these robo calls keep happening it will help a lot please watch this only a few min video

Missed call. Hang up. One of many minneapolis/St. Paul calls of this type recently.

Caller: Unsure since missed call.

Robo caller: "hi this is Josh from the customer service department, can you hear me OK?" Then I hang up. I have blocked this same caller several time (Hi this is Josh...) under different numbers both 612 and 651.
