This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They fail to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, further violating the TCPA, and play a recorded message without an operator on the line, still further violating the TCPA. In addition, they fail to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, additional violations of the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim will make tens of thousands of dollars every two weeks just using their automated system and that they have helped thousands of other victims to do the same. There is no mention of products or services, but instead a claim that the victim does not need to sell anything or explain anything. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.

I want someone to tell who the company is; so that we can report them to the BBB!!!
