I have received several calls from this number on my work number. This is very annoying. I have turned the number over to the legal depatment the company I work for.

its a recording that tells you they are about to serve you with court papers and to call another number. then when you call that number they tell you you too out a payday loan years ago and if you don't pay they are going to file case work to have you served. I know I haven't taken out a payday loan so I asked for them to send something by mail and they said that's a refusal to pay and hung up. they keep calling. they have called my cell, my house, and my job.

Just received a call from this number re a bogus complaint. They provided a false court/reference number. No name was given. Report all of this to the FCC and your local Attorney General - Office of Consumer Affairs. Legally they cannot threaten you nor provide you with false court information. Their was nothing filed in any court in my jurisdiction.

Threatened civil complaint, allegedly from Amanda Cross, with phony case number 2015-15134, call back number was 347-426-1953. Didn't call back, because I figured it was a scam. Ridiculous that the government or phone companies can't do something to at least cut down slightly on all these scams.

I got a strange automated message from this phone number today. Saying I was going to be served. Absolute scam. The number I needed to call back was a 347 number.

Another scam call with civil charges being filed against me and they need to talk to me ASAP. Bull. Get these every couple of months from different callers too. Even took this to the police once.

Called but didn't leave message. I believe they are scammers. They can get your info and randomly call anyone with the same last name and tell that person you listed them as a reference in an loan application. SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR SS#, ADDRESS OR NAME. BLOCK THEM!

Received phone call today. Saying civil complaint was filed and his name is Marshal Waltz or Walsh.
They said that they were going to serve papers at home or work to appear in court.
