Wow! I just called this number back out of curiosity to see if the same "Joel Anderson" picked up. The phone number has now been disconnected, a mere 3 hours after Mr. Drag Queen called to tell me I"m being sued for a loan I never took out. Definite scam!! Losers...

Caller says that you have a subpoena for outstanding loans that you never took out. When asked for documentation, refuses to provide information except "Vista Holdings Group" and threatens you with court action. States his name is Joel Anderson" and refuses to let you speak with a supervisor or to give you any contact info, address, fax, etc. Gigantic scam from a bunch of losers who can't get a real job.

Got a phone call at 6:22pm Eastern Time on Monday March 9th. Left recorded message with a claim number for me to call back. When I called back the recording said their office hours were from 9am to 7pm Eastern Time and to leave my name, number and the claim number.

Caller: Just says Legal dept as listed above.

A Mr Terry Green called my Mom and Brother to tell them I have two check fraud allegations pending. Been through this before and know the legal system and they are total scam so do not fall it and send money or give out personal data.
