After receiving numerous calls from this number, I returned the call. Received an auto message that identified themselves as United Healthcare and invited me to take a survey, that starts to ask for personal information. I hung up at that point.

Why is everyone sure it’s a scam? I just bought UHC this month and saw this call. Big coincidence.
Yes, the big tip-off was why a legitimate and reputable company like United Healthcare would be robo-calling both me and my wife everyday! It simply did not add-up so a quick search and sure enough, what seems really improper, is a spamer.
Same as above:
1) Call came in from 816-435-8168 and offers button-options to press
2) If you (or your voice-mail) fails to press anything, it tries again!!!
3) It offered the same callback number 866-764-5086 24/7
has called several times saying they were from united healthcare and needed medical information. robo call, left 1-866-764-5086 t0 call back anytime 24/7
