These are scammers. Do not speak to them. That's not even feasible in the US. You don't just get calls telling you you will go to jail if you don't pay a debt.

I get messages telling me to call immediately. They tell me to call this number back, however, the number that comes up is either 000 or 916-395-0000. The messages say that I am doing something illegal.

United Legal Investigation Bureau, called left a threatening message on my voice mail about me going to jail if I didn't pay. They also had my social security number, which is scary that people can get this information.
