I was bathing my baby, and could not answer. I returned the call when finished, and received a message saying that my call could not be completed as dialed. I researched it on google, and found other people claimimg that the number called them with a solicitation for credit card refinancing. I received several such calls in the past, which I reported. However, when I returned those previous calls, I would receive a recorded message with a phony opt-out option. I would press "1", and they would still call. This nimber that I am reporting today was completely bogus. It was not a legitimate phone number.
