The message begins as a prerecorded messages and tells you to press 1 to speak with someone. I did and the representative was a man who said they are from security bankcard center and that they are calling to help reduce interest rates on my account. I ask what account they were specifically referring to. His reply was that any account that has a balance of $4,000 or greater they are given to call and that he was referencing the account with a balance meeting that. I told him I do not have a credit card with a balance at that level. His response was "You don't carry a balance on your card?" I said no and to remove my number and he hung up on me. This is the 3rd call I have received thus far. When you try to call the number back it says that the person cannot be reached at this time.
