irs scammer call - they don't know your name but threaten you with all sorts of legal action if you don't call them back.
since the irs doesn't call people and IF they did would certainly know the name of the person they are calling you know this is a scam!
by the way he says his name is james casten but thats most likely bogus.

Got a recorded message from James Caston about a US Treasury Enforcement Action. The caller had a British accent. A little research reveled this same caller and scam in other area codes and areas of the country.
