This is a scam. I have received many faxes from them and when I called to be taken off the list the secretary hung up on me.

Received a FAX that stated a significant private equity fund wishes to make a strategic investment in my company The buyer has access to more than a billion dollars in cash and it appears that we fit their criteria. They knew my name, company name. Whated me to call them at 613-236-0076. The name of the company is" North American Equity Group".
No specific address just "Offices Throughout North America" Senior Vice President was Robert Anderson. I think this one is better left alone.

Just got fax from Wall Street Global wants to open up negotiations to buy my company. Wants me to call Brian O'Donnell, has my company name and adress. Don't know if trying to drum up business or scam.

Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, MO recieves fax messages from this company "Canadian-American Equity Group" asking us to call them about selling them our business./property. The fax letters are addressed to our CEO and signed by Adam Beasley, Vice-President.

Our received an inquiry on general fax in our common area of the head office to
"discuss the sale of your company to a large privat equity fund..."
I did a reverse look up of the number and the name of the company listed to be "Canadian-American Equity Group". The Company does not exist. The number is associated to the Mont Blan Merger Associates who run by a number of other company names and phone numbers. The complaints on the blogs are numereous.

My conclusion is this is scam.
