I just got a call from this number. The person sounded like a male. They asked about all of my cars features and whether my price was firm. They said something towards the end but I couldn't make it out. Now after reading the comments, they most likely said that they're calling on behalf of a client.

Just received a call from the same lady and did ask her to google her phone number as it was a scam. She was all confuse and block her phone number.

Just had the same call come in calling about my husbands add on kijiji and will call back once he imforms his client lol

They find your add call you for more infor, turn around and advertise it at the other end of the country. When they find a buyer, they contact you and request $500.00 deposit to sell your car on their behalf. Big Scam

I just got the same call as my car is for sale on Kijji, solved that problem, blocked them through Rogers, I HATE scammers!!

Woman with thick Filipino accent called asking about car I had for sale. Hard to understand but basically she just repeated everything I had in my Kijiji ad. I asked her if she was calling for herself or some other reason. She said she was calling on behalf of a "client in Winnipeg". I told her I wasn't interested but she kept rambling on. I hung up. Probably scam.

Same waste of time. Calling "on behalf of a client". You could hear call centre type chatter in the background. Cut him off and hung up.

I just received the same phone call from a Filipino sounding woman as well. Ask many questions about the car, said she is calling on behalf of a client. Asked my first name and if I was the owner. I smell scam.

Exact same thing just happened to me few minutes ago , never asked any personal info except first name but it's gotta be a scam some how. Did the so called "client" call you back lol ?

I received the same phone call today. Repeating all options and extra equipment listed on my Kijiji Ad back verbatim. Asking for quality of car and price firmness. She then said she would bring the information to her client and get back to me. No personal information was provided besides my first name. No money or odd information was requested.
