Edmonton-based "Tell City Hall" "survey information service". They harass the public with robo call surveys trying to get free information and then sell it to government and non profits for big bucks.

got call from this # 8/29/2017 @ 2.35PM, I did not answer!! Call id says: TELLCITYHALL - Likely was phone scamming & harassing call - my advice: DO NOT ANSWER OR REPLY , Any response probably sets in motion more future calls.
