I'm paid up to date on each credit account handled by Comenity Bank and am annoyed to be getting persistent and blank calls daily from them via both this number and (913)312-5172. What an annoying way for a creditor to handle up-to-date credit accounts.

Caller: The caller failed to respond when I answered my phone and didn't leave a message. The numbers they called from are listed online as both 'Comenity' and 'spam'.

Calling several times daily. No message. No one on the line if I answer. No caller id info. Often followed about an hour later by a call from 913 area code with same outcome: no message and no one there.

They do call-have a credit card with Gamestop which is a bit late, but they are harassing by calling at all hours of the day including weekends. I would think most companies of any rapport would call during business hours only. They have no regard. Also, never leave a message, and just call whenever.

This no longer borders on disgusting -- This is some scenario of phone fraud. I have a Comenity account with Ann Taylor paid in full for 2 years and get probably 10 of these calls a day -- from the 614 and 720 area code.

No answer - no message - nobody there if you pickup.
Creepy past creepy is Comenity being.

WHICH FEDERAL FINANCE REGULATION FIRM CAN THEY BE REPORTED TO?

My thanks in advance for someone letting us know who/how to report a Cease & Desist Order.

Caller: They don't say because NO ONE ANSWERS -- This is disturbing, and must be over-ruled by some justice regulation in our country. Will someone let me know where?
