Keeps calling me from some kind of Bank a real nuisance

Calls 20 times a day! That's NOT okay.
This is a number we previously received a collection call from. Today they left a message wanting to perform oral sex and other pornographic things that my VM to Text program wouldn't write. I did not listen, always use the text. By the time I saw this option to report it, I had already deleted it.
My mother just filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy last week, so I imagine they were notified today and were pissed off they wouldn't get their cut of the debt.
