Comenity Bank, they call multiple times a day, 7 days a week from multiple numbers. They do not speak good English and can not tell when they are speaking to a person or a call screening app. One woman "Sarah" went so far as to "yell" at the Google call screening service as I was seeing the live transcript and using the autoreply.
Had my number for someone else's debt. Grasping at straws to get money. Blocked
