It is a spam caller. I get a call from these people from a different number every 5 to 8 days. They know my first name and ask about the warranty on my Jaguar(that I have never, nor will ever own!) I have nicely and I mean very nicely asked them to remove me from the call list because I keep receiving this call and they keep telling me they will. The one time I got angry and said I wanted to speak to a manager and he pretended to transfer me, but it was clearly the same person. He then in a very foreign accent said,"do you want to be removed from our call list?" and I said YES, I do not own a jaguar and you keep calling me. He then said, we can remove you, but it will cost you $5000! I called him an asshole and hung up!
