This is a "spoof" number - there is a way to stop this - file legal actions, or at least hunt down and personally contact the senior executives of the telephone companies that permit their equipment to be used for this, and personally discuss with them your displeasure. Then and only then will they take the few steps necessary to stop the invasion of their systems, and hence ours
