They called me too saying I owe for a payday loan from 7 years ago and they needed to know if I had an attorney or defending myself. They said they were calling from the litigations department but no company name. They had the last 4 digits of my social and bank account but couldn't tell me the company name or amount of the loan. They told me I can settle if I paid them $629. I spoke with Ms.Biggens and a Ms.Nance. They called from severAl numbers and everybody reports this as a scam.

LOL scam. Just called it lady says her name, I ask what's your company name she replies litigation. Ok but for who? She hung up.

Called them back 6 times and they kept asking for my phone number. When I declined and tried to find out info about the company, they would be very seceretive about who they were and would only tell me they do litigations. When I would question the validity of their business, they would become very rude. When I said I was reporting their number to the FBI and US Seceret Service for national fraud investigation, they would end the call very quickly with a rude remark to the affect of, "You haven't heard the last from us."

has been calling me for a week telling me that there is a legal suit against me. I press 1 to be connected to someone and they said they didn't call and they would transfer me to their fraud department. Then the fraud department is not available?? SCAM!!!!
