I contacted Charter. The caller is a fraud misrepresenting themselves as Charter and is not affiliated with Charter. The Charter rep said this number is also reported to make scam health insurnace solicitations. I'm getting an air horn in a can to treat them to and if they don't stop I'll pursue prosecution through the Fedral Trade Commission. I'm signed up for FTC no-call protection.
They have called me 7 times in the last 6 days. Never leave messages. I have charter internet and have no interest in any thing else and if they keep harassing me I will cancel the service I have.
They have called multiple times. I never answer. What a joke. I disconnected TV service and switched to dish because they could never get their own upgrade to digital signal right. Took me several days and phone calls of being on hold to finally get a disconnect.
Called seven times so far, only answered once and it was their first call to me. I never listened to what kind of horsepoop they were trying to cram down my throat, just said I wasn't interested and hung up.
They have called us 7 times since Jan 7th. I finally answered once on Saturday, Jan 10th, hoping to get rid of them. The lady I spoke with had no clue what our Charter services even were. When she was told that we had everything and there was nothing left she could offer us, she agreed that she could not help and that was the end of the call. Now here it is, 2 days later, and they've called twice already.
