I had an Ann Taylor credit card at I thought was paid off but apparently I was 2 days late and had late charges added after I thought I had paid it off. Well they were calling to let me know. Very helpful. Was able to dismiss late charges

I don't have a loan,,told them that 5 or 6 times and every day I get 4 or 5 calls from them to say I am late with a payment

This number is calling me constantly every day 7 days a week and lm pissed!!!! If this don't stop I'm fixing to take legal action's! Calls my number at 8:00am on a Sunday morning???? Disturbing my family??? Not to say all day long yesterday!!!! I do not talk on the phone, because i can't hear, I'm parsley deaf, and i said that to them plenty of times.

This is Comenity Bank, they are allowed to call from 8 am - 9 pm your local time I work for a credit card company). If they are calling they need to speak with you, and it may not be because you are late. I answered, and my mailing address was wrong on my statement. They were trying to contact me because it had caused my bill to go past due, and were there to help me. If you don't have a problem, and you aren't hiding from them, just answer. They were very nice, and helpful.

I reported them to the FBI this morning.

At least 7 calls every day from 6am through midnight. It's an automated system. When I try to call back, it gives a short message then hangs up.

I have blocked them, and they call 5x a day. Horrible!

I have been called 6 times in one day by this number!!

Constantly received calls from this number on my home phone and my cell phone. Don't know how they got my cell phone number. Never gave it to them.

Cannot begin to tell you how I hate to receive calls like this, especially since I pay my bills. I let them call for about 2 weeks and recorded each time they called and am going to try to get them for harassment!! Rude, rude rude....but would not give me their name. Imagine that!

I made a payment after 5 pm and they called me 5 times before 10am the following morning claiming I haven't made a payment when in fact I did. I closed this account. I always make well over min. due and pay on time. The harassing calls just hours after due date is ridiculous.

Had to auto block these Aholes they call all the time and I don't even have a loan to my name so I know I'm not late on any payment.

call every 2 minutes payment is not late not sure why they are calling and harassing me for something that isn't happening. comenity bank and never leaves a voice mail
