They say they will lower your credit card interest rate. They don't. It a scam because they will charge your credit card and take all the money from your account. Don't give them any personal information. http://800notes.com/phone

I get one to two of these calls a day. I block the number you they just use another one. I have even got to a live operator and told not to call but they just hang up. The government do not call list is
a joke.
