He said I filled out a survey and requested more information about job opportunities. I denied. He said, "you don't remember doing that?" and when I said please remove me from all call lists, he hung up the phone.

They claim to offer a job placement service. They are using some type of sound box that contains generic responses to questions. It also contains questions that are like "Please Verify your Social Security Number" which is pretty scary. This number needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY before they successfully get personal information from someone.
