Left voice mail. Text to speech function was flawless as you could easily pick words generated from a language that doesn't convert well using google translate.
They called me with a robo message stating something about a refund and to call 614-999-1244. Which I dutifully called back. I first spoke to Daniel Collins who told me he was from Windows tech and somehow my card had been charged for $399 for a service that would be refunded. When I asked which credit card, he hung up on me. So then I called back and spoke to Steven Hill who told me because Windows had determined I was such a good customer they were gifting me with a refund, but first I had to open up windows and give them control of my computer, which they would then lock and ransom. Well, they didn't tell me that but it was obvious. So I didn't and he hung up. I've called back a few times and they no longer answer. I'll have to try on my friend's phone. These guys are fun. :) Don't fall for it.
