Kind of an old question but that is the number of the calls coming out of Davidson county correctional facilities. It is considered a collect call so if your carrier doesnt allow collect calls it will ring once hang up then you will recieve a call later telling you to set money up on an account or call your carrier to recieve the call.

I received a call from this number. When I answered a recorded voice said, "Thank you" and hung up.
