Caller says that there several charges against you and if you don't return the call the local police dept will come arrest you

I only hear 4 serious charges and my local Police are going to arrest me.lol...did not even hear part about irs.when I celled back it gave me "you have reached a number that is no longer in service"darn I really wanted to give them my Money...😅😅😂😂
