Called on my cell phone. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. They didn't leave a message either.

This is actually a scam to get your personel information.As with any other telemarketer or scammer they are trying to get you to say yes as they are recording you.Once you say yes & give them your info you will start seeing all kinds of charges on whatever card you gave them info for.They phone hop so they can't be traced & actually hack into legitimate business systems so the legitimate business shows up on caller ID.I was told to report any numbers,& there have been at least 7 so far all with the same spiel,to the FTC,local authorities & card company.Glad I'm smart & never say yes when they ask a question you would normally say yes to but sadly everyone isn't as in formed as I am.Will be reporting this number to the above mentioned people.They probably have a frequent reporter file on my now but if it helps 1 person not be scammed then it's worth the time.Hope this helped.

Scam trying to get you to get lower credit card interest rates - I told him to take my name off the calling list and he promptly hung up on me.

Got a call from this number twice and call ATT customer service to get nothing other than a phone number to call to have the Do Not Call Listing and I just bet if the U S Justice Dept and CIA got involved because it was Terrorist from Al Quada or Taliban and it was going to affect the well being of the Country AT&T and Those involved would do something quick.
