This individual called my place of employment and asked for me. I was the one who answered but did not dislose who I was so I asked what this was in regards too and he mentioned that it was important that I call ASAP. He also mentioned that it was pertaining to a legal emergency. I work for our local courthouse and I did check with our magistrate and bonds office and there are no pending litigations against me or my name. Not sure who they are but I would like for the calling to stop!!!

I got a call about a lawsuit that was against me for not paying back a loan.. This guy was rude and told me if i didnt pay or get an attorney that the police would come to my job or my house to arrest me

has been calling my phone many times a day and tried to say that I was a criminal and I was going to jail for one I don't leave the house for the most part due to a disability two he was rude and just wanted to get money out of me told me he would make me lose my job, I can't work, I am a disabled vet. then was rude to me and got made when I call him out for all the laws he is breaking just by making this call, he said at the end of the call he would make my life hard and hung up mad. They don't like when you through the laws that they are breaking on them. I just glad I look up numbers I don't know before I answer them. Lets see if he has the balls to try to call again I can use a good laugh. I think if he does I am going to use the pc codes on him about the laws he is breaking, these people are losers. Funny I don't do payday loans anyway so I hope this makes him stop

I received a message from my boss to call this number. Contact name was "Mark Anderson". The only thing he told my boss was it was an legal emergency and if I didn't return his call a warrant would be issued for my arrest. Stated he was with Collin Law Firm. Several months prior I had received the same type call at my home. Person had a very strong accent and was difficult to understand. He stated it was a serious legal manner and asked if I had an attorney. I told him I did and hung up. I don't believe any warrant will be issued and in fact have made the local police dept. aware of both phone calls.
