EXPLAINED ABOVE: CREDIT CARD SERVICES OFFERING TO REDUCE CREDIT CARD LIMITS AND RESTORE CREDIT RATINGS AND SO ON. Apparently these people thumb there nose in the face of the FCC and taunt your authority to do anything to stop them. They must know you are just another govt. bureauracy who collects a taxpayer funded paycheck and do nothing to earn it. Oh, don't expect me to be "nice" in this complaint as I am sick and tired of filing them and you people doing NOTHING! The do not call law is apparently just another toothless law costing the American taxpayer billions for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN. I DARE YOU TO PROVE ME WRONG AND ACTUALLY GET THESE CALLS STOPPED AND GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS! IF I CAN HELP IN ANY WAY, SUCH AS PLAYING ALONG WITH THESE PEOPLE TO GATHER EVIDENCE OR MORE INFORMATION THEN BY ALL MEANS LET ME KNOW.
