Here's a second phone number with the similar message I've been getting. No matter if you tell them you're not interested, they keep on calling back. This annoyance lead me to put the time and effort into getting them to stop calling. Turns out a blog comment suggesting calling 866-246-7196 was quite an efficient way of stopping the calls. Just give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. They'll verify the phone number calling is on their list and then add the receiving phone number to the do not call request list.
Typical automated message about lowering interest rates. Places like this keep calling and leaving their message on my voicemail.

robo call telling me i can become rich sitting on my arse answering spam calls being the minion to robocalling scammer overlords. Big chief scammer calls itself Coach Bob. HEY COACH BOB, pull your lower lip over your head and swallow.
I don't know anyone in Nashville, TN, and no message left. I'm guessing spam.
