I started receiving calls from this number after i entered my phone number into the website at Direct Insurance to get a quote. I answered when the number called and i got a recorded message that stated an agent would be with me shortly. After being on hold for several minutes i was transferred to an agent with an insurance company and when i asked to be removed from this list, i was told that it couldn't be done and since i wasn't buying insurance, i was hung up on. I called back and after holding for several more minutes, i was connected to another insurance agent with another company and was told the same thing. They have called up to 5 days during the day which is extremely irritating since i work the 3rd shift and i cannot get them to stop calling me. I will no longer go online to get a quote for anything that requires i put in my telephone number and i am now going to have to change my number to get the calls to stop.
