This is a company hired by YMCA to do a memberships satisfaction check to make sure that everything is going well with your membership. They don't ask very many questions when they call, maybe 4 or 5 questions. They just want your feedback whether it is good or bad! It is not a scam or anything of that nature. Like I said, they just want to make sure that everything is going well with your YMCA membership. Be nice and realize that they are people too. They are trying to make a living. It is really beneficial for the YMCA to hire these people because it keeps the customers satisfied, and the YMCA's that hire this company GENUINELY care about their members and want to do EVERYTHING they can to satisfy them!

I have repeatdly told these people to take my number off their list and to NOT call me, they keep violating that. Also, your product did not block the call; I had voice mail from them :(
