Received a call from this number. I said "hello" to which a prompt and Obvious robot immediately said "goodbye" and the call was disconnected.

Took forever for them to come on the kine, the board person on the other end asked for someone not me, told them they had the wrong number and they just hung up. You could hear other people on the phone in the background.
