Credit card scam, robo call from "Heather." Caller ID is deliberately misleading, as it says, "SURVEY," but there is no survey, just the same old message about reducing your interest rates. Probably from India, but clerk has heavy English accent, WTF?

They say they can lower credit card interest rate but first they say to hit "one" to have number put on "do not call" ????? I hung up and called the number back but only got a recording.
Annoying .
