'Lower Interest' displayed on caller ID. Have received many of these calls from different originating numbers, all about them helping you lower your credit card interest. Filed prior complaint a few months ago at web site 'https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx' (is this a valid complaint site?). Call starts as a recording, with option to Push 1 for an operator if interested. No recorded option offered to be removed from solicitation list. If you push 1 and talk to an operator, they are very rude if you ask to be removed from the list, or tell them you are on the Do Not Call, they abruptly hang up on you. Same pattern for every phone number originating this call (see Other Info given). This call originally came (my prior complaint) with caller ID message 'Card Services' Of the calls listed below, the middle one displayed Card Services, while the other two displayed 'Lower Interest', however the recorded message, pattern, and operators are the same.
