Lower your interest rate
The recording offers to lower my credit card debt. They've been calling almost every day for months. I have waited several times for an operator and asked to be on their do not call list.
reducing credit card loan. No company was identified--they knew my name and address. When I asked questions trying to identify who was calling, the caller called me a stupid bitch and hung up. They have called numerous times before
lower credit, etc.
Evidently reduction of credit card debt and/or interest rates in an attempt to phish personal financial and other PII.
