credit card . i listened to the entire call and pressed 1 to talk to a live person. as soon as she got on the line i asked her to take me off the list. she abruptly terminated the call without another word.

Lower your rate ..but NOT from my bank (my bank doesn't even have this number)

I've also received the SAME call -- SAME VOICE, SAME MESSAGE to my 2nd home phone which is ALSO on the Do-Not-Call registry: My 2nd number is 978-887-3242.

There is no way to STOP these people and if you talk to a live person, as soon as you start to say I'm on the do-not-call registry, they hang up ... then call again in a few weeks.

I'm sick and tired of this harassment and I see from searching the web for THEIR NUMBER: 616-613-2092 that a lot of people have complaints. So -- Can't you a) Shut them down + b) PROSECUTE THEM!

I didn't record the dates/ time of all the MANY prior calls, but it's the SAME VOICE & SAME MESSAGE every time ! "Lower your rate - this is your 2nd and last chance" (I WISH they thought this WAS the "last" & would leave me alone, but they call with the same message every few weeks).

btw -- I've ASKED them to identify themselves – when I do, they just hang up on me.
