To lower my credit card rate, when I told them I did not have over $10,000 balance the lady went silent, would not release the call. I get calls from this company 2x a day, every single day, I have asked to have my number removed from their database, but apparently they refuse. I informed them I am on the do not call list also

Message purported to be from my Bank Card Service Department but then transferred me to a third party service center for credit card consolidation. I have received "Final Notice" calls from this group on 8 different occasions in the last year.
