from Card Holder Services, they refuse to give their name or let you talk to a person in charge, have requested many times to have name removed but they claim they cannot do that. I have called back the numbers and selected option 2 to remove numbers but still get calls. They get very nasty and rude with you on the phone. It is a different number each call and on the caller id the call showes up with a list of numbers starting with a v, this last call was v33009055800, march 28, was vo3281029030032. These calls claim to lower the interest rate on your credit card but charge you almost $1000 to lower the interest. I receive approx 4 calls a week from these people and they need to stop bothering me, there is a hospice person in the house and these calls are disturbing to him. Can you please stop these people from bothering us, I do not wish to do business with them and have told them but they still call. This has been going on for months, had enough.
