These people do not stop calling even after being told many times to quit calling. These are the people that say it's "Card Services" when I do get someone on the phone and the recorded message says something about lowing the interest rate on credit cards When I picked up this time I did not even get the recorded message. Their system just hung up. I have some addresses that I found that may or may not be correct:

Lower interest rate on credit card. I keep getting this same message, over and over again stating this would be my last chance to lower interest rage on credit card. Today I hit #1 to get to a person and requested they stop calling- They just hung up on me. I would get one of these calls at least 2 times a month.

Fake interest rates for unnamed credit cards.
Starts with a recorded message that says this is your final call. When you talk to a real live person, and ask to be removed from the list they hang up immediately. Clearly fake, because I carry ZERO balance on my cards. If it was real, they'd know that.
