The call started as a prerecorded message saying it was calling about my credit card and this was my second and final notice to lower my interest rate and to press one to speak with someone. No opt out was given on the prerecorded message. These people have called before identifying themselves as Card Member Services although the called ID usually says Lower Interest or Bank Card Services. I have told them many times before to stop calling. The person who came on the line didn't give his name but he said the call was from Card Member Services when I asked. I told him to never call me again and I hung up. It seems as though he hung up too.
