Caller ID listed "Lower Interest" # 616-613-2199, Left pre-recorded, recorded message on answering machine that said, " . . . (the proceeding portion was not captured on answering machine but started with) press 1 now to find out the terms, conditions, and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So, press 1 now to take advantage of this today." Thursday, April 11, 2013, 1:28 p.m.

No reference to a company name, person's name, or any contact information other than what was on the caller ID was given and I have typed out what was recorded from the pre-recorded message that was left on our answering machine in verbatim.
