The recorded message says to call right away regarding my account in order to lower my interest rate. It is a scam, and they should be made to stop. The elderly are especially being taken advantage of, as they will fall for this. It isn't too hard to go after who's name is holding the phone number that show up on my caller ID! I want this harassment to stop!!! They call too many times to even mention here!!
