It was a recorded message and when I dailed 1 to ask to stop calling, the call was disconnected as soon as I dailed 1.
Is there anyway to stop this?

Initial call was robo call telling me it was my second and final notice to be able to lower my credit card interest. I pressed 1 to speak to someone. When I asked what company it was, the woman told me it was the "Qualifying Department for VISA and Mastercard". When I asked again, she said "did you not hear me, I already told you. She denied there was no such company. I told her I had asked numerous times to be removed from their call list and she informed me that I could NOT be removed.

They claim to help credit card holders as part of the 'Stimulus". They implied they were my credit card company but no company was given.
