"Lower interest rates for a credit card"

They say they will give us a better credit card rate and call them selves Bank Card Services. Seems to be a fake company fishing for info.
They have called about 2 or 3 times a week for the past several months but I have not started documenting util now.
We told them to never call us again and they called back and threatened us saying they "have our information and know where we live". That threat came from another number- "Florida" 407-565-9999.

Some sort of credit card offer.

I asked for a phone number where they can be rearched after given a suspiciously vague "Card Services" as the company name, the operator (I think he said "Kevin"), said "Fuck you". When I mentioned that I could file an FCC complaint, he said "File these nuts" and "ask me if I give a shit" and stayed on the line and seemed to want to engage in arguement. It is clear that Kevin and his company have no fear whatsoever regarding inappropriate behavior and FCC complaints. I was totally calm during the discussion and did nothing to provoke abusive langauge except ask for the phone number of the company.

I believe this is the same company that contacted me a couple months ago and hung up on me when I asked a question like "what company is calling". I filed an FCC complaint then but I don't have the details handy at the moment. I'm entering "01/01/2013" for the previous call because the form requires a full date but only the "2013" part is correct.

Services for "Your credit card account." I waited for the recording, pressed "1" to speak with a representative, when connected I said I was on the Federal Do Not Call list and could they tell me why I was receiving their call, they immediately hung up.

Lower interest rates for credit card. I have incessantly bothered by this company. When I finally pressed '1' to inquire about 'lower rate' and asked which credit card was calling, they hung up on me.
